1.barrel’s material is PP sheet,conductive copper, barrel conductive is soft copper wire is made the conductive head.
2. Transmission type: a. Barrel with a speed motor, b. Motor that attached the tank with a gear motor, speed-rpm:about 6 to 30 per minute.
3.Load and unload material by hand.
4.Standard diameter of barrel is 180*300mm,the shape is octagonal or hexagonal,can be holed on the barrel’s body,whose aperture is 1.2mm~6.00mm,it is up your product’s size.It also can be made mesh type,aperture is 0.3mm~2.0mm.All can be designed based on your customer's needs.
5.Application:nickel plating,zinc plating,copper plating,gold plating,Sin plating;application products is hardware,small parts of electronic product.The capacity can be 100g~5000g per barrel.
Packing & Shipping:
Packing: According to the different products and quantity are packed in a wooden container, such as 20GP/40GP/40HQ.
Shipping: By sea or according to the special request of the buyer.
