Product features
1. It is made of titanium, zirconium, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel seamless pipes, and the shape is divided into vertical and bottom heating "L" and "Z" shapes.
2. According to the installation position, the nature of the chemical liquid, and the deposition characteristics of solid substances in the liquid, the surface power of the heating tube is designed to determine the tube diameter. Common specifications for pipe diameters are: ø11mm, ø17mm, ø25mm, ø30mm, ø32mm, ø45mm, ø50mm.
3. The ø11mm, ø17mm tube is a shrink-tube type electric heater with liquid heating. The surface power of the heating tube is 4W/Cm2. It is suitable for liquid heating with good fluidity and less solid deposition. After cooling, the liquid will not precipitate crystals on the surface of the electric heater.
4. ø45mm pipe diameter series products adopt low surface productivity design, good durability, especially suitable for horizontal heating on circuit boards.
5. The voltage is 120V single-phase, 220V, 380V, 220V three-phase, 380V three-phase, and the power ranges from 0.5KW to 140KW.
6. All heaters can be used with over-temperature protection switch or temperature probe.
7. All heaters adopt international inspection standards to ensure the safety of electrical performance. Good grounding and the number of squares of wires that are absolutely sufficient, plus the use of flame-retardant materials for wires and sheaths, ensure absolute safety! 8.
