1.Thermal
fuse: the thermal fuse is installed inside the casing next to the
heater; when the level of liquid decreases and the temperature exceeds
the safe value of the fuse, the fuse will be blown, playing a protective
role for the heater. At this time, the fuse needs replacing. Thermal
fuse parameters: 250V/5A 105℃ or 95℃.
2.Temperature
switch: Temperature switch (Sensor) is installed inside the casing next
to the heater. When the level of liquid decreases and the temperature
exceeds the overheat value of the switch, the switch will open, to turn
off the power, thus playing a protective role for the heater. When the
temperature decreases the power can be re-connected. Temperature switch
parameters: 250V/5A 105℃ or 95℃.
3.The temperature of the switch after reconnection is lower than the over-temperature value by 15℃.
4.Due to the limitation of the passable current, both thermal fuse and temperature switch need a contactor, which should not be directly connected to the power supply or the load of the electric heater.
